'Tis the top of the month, so before we go into serious Political debate and delights, I must ask for help to keep this Blog going.
If you can, please hit the Tip Jar. As always, I am trying to reach $300 this month.

If you know my background, you've already figured out I love being a Goth (and Politico). I grew up relishing the prospects of a Cyberpunk world (Where is the off-world colonies and Replicants?) Meet the (Cyber) Gothy Muse who brings that world to the people:
Say Hello to Shannon Chromegirl.
An LA woman who models and create her own clubs. I have seen her around, we have (not) yet met on a personal level. Everyone who knows her says she is smart and sweet. (The Goth Muses I have met, usually are)
Let me introduce you to the Girl of the Future (with underquotes from Neuromancer describing Molly Millions):
Steppin' Razor |
Near the Jarre de The |
"Crack it," She laughed. "Earn your keep for a change," |
"Welcome to the Rue Jules Verne," |
"We were in LA.... Next day, I was playing Ghost with you in Night City," |
"'Love you, Cat Mother'," whispered the Panther Modern's link man," SC at the SDCC |
"No games....I'll hurt you real bad," |
"You're Street Samurai...." |
"Patient like a spider. Zen spider." |
Here is her website, FB page and Twitter feed.
And thanks for reading the Valley -- please hit the Tip jar.
And if you're still geeking to Neuromancer, I give you this:
The sky above the port was the color of television, tuned to a dead channel -- First words of Neuromancer |
Night City was like a deranged experiment in social Darwinism, designed by a bored researcher who kept one thumb permanently on the fast-forward button. Stop hustling and you sank without a trace, but move a little too swiftly and you'd break the fragile surface tension of the black market; either way, you were gone, with nothing left of you but some vague memory in the mind of a fixture like Ratz, though heart or lungs or kidneys might survive in the service of some stranger with New Yen for the clinic tanks.

Welcome to the Valley! Please comment about the post and keep to the subject.
There is only one person (JSF) keeping track of comments, so as long as what you write is civil and close to the purpose of the post, you will see it.
Keep this in mind: Politics should not be Personal; then you have a place here.
Write! History will remember your words!
