Help Queens and Staten Island (and the Other Outer Boroughs!)! Hurricaine Sandy Charities

Tomorrow I go partisan.

Tonight, I ask you to help these Outer Borough Charities (Everyone helps Manhattan, Bloomberg is the kind of guy to forget about the rest of the City).

Since Staten Island needs the help and Queens is my old stomping grounds, these charities rise first:
